Delete your account

You can delete your eFTUN account and data yourself at any time. It happens at once.

How to delete it

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open your profile, then Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your email, username and password
  • Your profile: picture, bio, country, eFootball username, WhatsApp number
  • Direct messages in both directions, and your Arena, room and match chat messages
  • Support tickets, follows, push tokens and sign-in logs

What stays

Matches, results, standings, penalties, reports and match pictures stay under an anonymous name starting with deleted_, because they are part of your opponents' records too. In a running cup, your remaining matches go to your opponents. If a pause, a penalty, or a record of absences or leaving a cup is still running, we keep scrambled hashes of your email, eFootball username and device until it ends, only to prevent abuse.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Email info@eftun.online from your account address with your username, and we delete the account within 7 business days.
