The service

eFTUN is a free platform for online eFootball cups. We charge nothing to take part, and we do not sell game currency or any in-game item.

Your account

You must be at least 13. One account per person, with a confirmed email, and you are responsible for what happens on it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, but deleting it does not erase a penalty that is still running.

Cups

Every match follows the rules page, and every dispute ends by itself under a published rule. Most results and disputes are settled automatically, including AI software reading pictures, and you have one appeal for each decision, within 24 hours, with new evidence. One device takes part in one cup at a time, unless we allow otherwise through a support ticket, and private cups pay no rank points.

Conduct

Cheating, entering false, edited or generated results or pictures, using several accounts, playing on someone else's account, and selling or fixing a match are forbidden, as are insults, threats, harassment and illegal content. We may suspend any account that breaks this. A ban takes it out of its cups at once, and a suspension covers the other accounts on the same device.

Your content

Your pictures and messages stay yours. You allow us to show and store them as far as running the service needs.

Advertising

The site shows Google ads, which may use cookies. Details are on the privacy page.

Konami

eFTUN is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Konami. eFootball belongs to its owners.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, and it may stop or change. We do not promise it is free of errors, and we are not responsible for problems with the game or your connection.

Changes

We may change these terms and the rules, and will publish the new version here. A rule change applies from the next cup, unless it closes a way to cheat. Using the site afterwards means you accept them. If the two languages differ, the Arabic text counts.
